The Horse Diva Heads to Fakenham Races!

On Friday (23rd October) we were lucky enough to head to Fakenham Races for a fabulous day out! Having arrived just in time for the first 2pm race, I quickly put a bet on, only for the horse to come in 2nd place- why oh why did I not go for an each way bet! Our aim was to win enough money to treat ourselves to a fabulous meal out...but we were left with only enough for a portion of chips by the seaside!!!Despite our bad luck we had a brilliant day, admiring the beautiful horses up close in the paddock. In fact we very nearly came away with our own racehorse when one was being auctioned on the day!!!

I would fully recommened Fakenham Race Course in Norfolk for a great day out. And don't worry if you have never attended the horse races before, it's a great atmosphere with really friendly people.
