Christmas is coming...!

I don't know about you but occasionally the thought of Christmas can fill me with dread. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love the festive period, but the thought of the shopping and general preperations can create a wave of panic inside me! Trying to combine the shopping with a full time job, a horse, a home and holding on to some kind of social life can be a little more than a challenge. And it's not helped by the thousands of people hitting the high street all feeling exactly the same as me. Sometimes you can walk in to a shop and just feel the tension!!! So this year i've decided to try and shop online a lot more, take out the stress and browse the shops from the comfort of my lounge. Of course, an enjoyable shopping experience is what we aim to create at The Horse Diva and we're sure you'll love choosing your favourite pieces as Christmas presents for your horsey mates. We hope you all had a very Merry Xmas!

The New Year is fast approaching and here at The Horse Diva we find ourselves having a good old sort out (to make way for our fabulous Christmas presents!). We have even been getting a little more organised at the yard! The snow has cleared the horses are back out rolling in the mud and daily grooming is getting longer. However we have some beautiful new grooming brushes to brighten up our grooming kits and assist in getting the horses as clean as possible.

An absolute essential to any grooming kit is a mane and tail brush, brilliant for getting dried mud out of thick manes and tails. This one is great for my coloured cob, I use it on his long feathers and I couldn't live without it!

The Lucky Star Dandy Brush is also perfect for getting dust and dirt off their bodies or to give them a quick brush whilst your changing their rugs.

Finish off with the body brush to give a nice shine to their coat!
